We would like to point out, that you will not act as a insurance broker, aqua med is no insurance, but a medical Assistance. To make it clear: neither you nor we are earning a single pence from the insurance services. The incurring costs for the insurances we give 1:1 to the customers, that is without extra charge. The expense allowance will be financed from the hotline services part of the dive card. The sole scope of the insurance is to make emergency services (hospitalisation, hyperbaric chamber, transportation, medicine etc.) affordable. That is why we negotiated a very customer-friendly contract with ACE European Group Limited, whose head office is in Germany, enabling us to offer all dive card customers an integrated insurance package.
A sales partnership is totally non-binding for you. You send us your completed sales and provision agreement, and we’ll take your data and send you info-material. You’ll receive this directly and digitally by email, and by post a few days later. It includes your personal application form with your sales number.
By signing the sales – and commission agreement you become sales partner of aqua med, but not of the insurances (ACE European Group Limited, HO for Germany for the travel health and diving accident insurance, as well as R&V Allgemeine Versicherungen AG for the divers liability insurance), with which we contracted the insurance protection for the dive card holders, included in the dive card.
All applications received by us and marked with your sales number will be credited to your provision account.
You’ll receive one provision for every contract arranged (at least for as long as the contract is active). Your provisions will be settled quarterly and transferred to your account.
Another advantage of the sales partnership with aqua med is the fact that you can accept your customers’ applications quickly. By signing the application form, immediately your customer benefits from the conditions of the dive card, but only if this application form reaches us within these 24 hours.
